How the optional connections work

Gmail and Outlook connections are entirely optional — every part of the app works without them. A connection is made by the account holder's explicit authorisation and can be removed at any time. AI features only ever process emails and attachments from mailboxes connected in your app, and drafts are created for your review: nothing is sent without you sending it.
